Raisin Oatmeal Scotchies

Raisin Oatmeal Scotchies:

1 C All Purpose Flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon

¾ C sugar

¾ C firmly packed brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla

½ tsp salt

2 sticks softened butter

2 eggs

3 C quick oats

1 C raisin

1 12oz pk butterscotch morsels

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside

In large bowl combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until creamy mixture is light and fluffy.

Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats, butterscotch morsels and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased

Cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees 12-14 minutes. For softer cookies take out earlier. Let cool on pan for 5 minutes and then

Move individual cookies to cooling rack.

Enjoy with a big glass of white milk!!
